Biography

Arlo, an independent music producer who founded Trailblazer MPC Worldwide in 2004 shortly after he began writing and producing music for himself and other recording artists. Arlo has earned his celebrated reputation in Chicago producing original compositions with local and national recording artists, including GRAMMY winners like John Legend, Kanye West, GLC, and Three 6 mafia. He is also known for his courageous actions concerning the film, fashion and skateboarding worlds.]] His forthcoming musical project entitled "Lawndale" is a dedication to his youth. As a product of Chicago's Greater Westside, Arlo’s new songs shed light on not only his neighborhood, but his soul and culture. Rising from the same streets of the 1968 Chicago Riots, Arlo hopes to inspire others to not only relate and understand his plight, but overcome them.

Early life

Growing up Arlo's mother did not allow him to listen to hip hop, instead he was a fan of Parliament, Lionel Ritchie, Junior Walker and the all-stars, and even the Five heartbeats. Even though the five heartbeats was just a movie, the songs and the storyline of the film played an great deal in Arlo's young life. As a child he often crafted 3D gymshoes from paper, simply because he was mischievous and felt he was in no position to demand name brand clothing (i.e. Jordans, Nikes, and Pelle Pelle).

Highschool is where Arlo found his passion for creating but interesting enough he never successfully passed music. At age 15, Arlo lead a school based entrepreneur group to win a national entrepreneur award, this later aided his strive to become a professional music producer.

Music career

Although Arlo began producing for fun in the summer of 2002, he didn't consider himself a professional music producer until he began to produce and market his company online during the "Digital Renaissance, 2004-08" Also during that time he released (three) musical compilations, (one) full featured DVD, and (one) instrumental album under the assumed name Trailblazer MPC. In 2008, Arlo had the pleasure of working with Crunchy Black of Three Six Mafia. when asked about the release of the project Arlo was quoted saying "the music is all there but... you know.." suggesting that he was frustrated with music industry politics as usual. That same year G.O.O.D Music began laying foundation on GLC's project, He released his debut album entitled Love, Life, and Loyalty[1] on October 12, 2010.but the album almost didn't make it to store because of label complications. This motivated Arlo to spearhead his own campaign, he called it "the Free Crack Give-Away". During the upstart of the "Digital Renaissance, 2004-08" Arlo had begun the initial "Free Crack Give-Away" online, but 2008 proved to be the hump year. so he decided to take his then Instrumental Album (Readi Roc: Coloring books for the bloc) register the soundscan and BDS info and give them to record stores and local performing artist in exchange for their moral support. In the mid-west and particularly Chicago, Arlo and the Trailblazer MPC are Known for their Mixtape Franchise "Ipod White" Readi Roc: Coloring Books for the Bloc was released in 2008 as a Instrument album dedicated to the Consumer, the entire project was formatted with hooks and bars open so the consumer could utilize the album as their own art and express themselves as professionals in a professional manner. This was a cutting edge project at the time, some present day artist still reference the musical compositions crafted for the album.
